![]() With Planner, team discussions and end results are in one place with the plan and not scattered between individual applications. Planner enable you attach files to tasks, work together on these files, and even carry out job-related conversations without switching between applications. Note: The All your lists tab shows your individual tasks for yourself and the tasks youre working on directly with teammates (in your Teams/Channels). You create and publish task lists from one place: The Published lists tab in the Tasks app. Select Follow-up tasks to add task names, assignees, and due dates. The Follow-up tasks section is a task list. In a moment, youll see the Agenda, Meeting notes, and Follow-up tasks sections. Near the bottom of the page, select Add an agenda others can edit. Microsoft Office Planner for Office 365 is a way to organised teamwork. Set the task’s priority by using Priority. If there’s a fixed start or end date, set the Start date or Due date.
